If you own a larger store with around 1500 monthly orders, you must opt for the Advanced Plan.
For stores with extensive catalogs and over 10,000 orders per month, you can opt for Plus Plan.

No, you do not need to provide your credit card information in order to sign up. However, you do need to set up payments on Shopify itself, which requires you to enter your credit card details. You can easily sign up for our free trial if your payments are already set up on Shopify.
The charges for subscription to our app will be included in your monthly Shopify bills.

Yes, there are no additional charges for switching between plans or add-ons at any point, even if you are on the trial period
No, there are no additional costs for restoring from backups. Do note that the advanced restore feature (restores from a specific date and time) is only available for Advanced and Plus plan users.
Your data backups are stored in our system for 48 hours after you uninstall the application.
